Claude Koehl-Gundlich

In 1994 she started Intercultural Services to help organizations and companies develop cross-cultural (leadership) competencies and grow business in unfamiliar markets. It was a natural development because of her educational background and having moved serveral times across continents. The experience of having lived and worked in different countries has also help her to be proficient in French, German, English, Italian, and 'Swiss'. She is currently working on her Spanish.

Throughout her professional career she has lead a wide range of international projects giving her a diverse perspective on business processes. These include:

 •  Regional Researcher for the International Association for Evaluation of Educational Achievement.

 •  Project Leader Switzerland within The European Network of Health Promoting Schools, a project supported by the World Health Organization and the European Union in 33 countries.

 •  Head of Division for a Swiss National Child and Family Protection Agency (including a national award winning e-learning platform, a national child call center, family services).

 •  Senior Manager Learning & Development for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

As an internationally acclaimed consultant, speaker, trainer, and project manager she keeps up to date on the latest research by lecturing at institutions like the Swiss Institute for Business Administration (Zurich, Switzerland) and the University of Applied Sciences (Zurich, Switzerland). Currently she is the Board Member of the San Diego Chapter of the Association for Talent Development in charge of Chapter Meetings.
