Intercultural Services was founded in 1994 by Claude Koehl to help improve communication and cooperation in today's culturally diverse business world.

• Analysis of the diverse socio-cultural context in which employees, clients and business partners interact
• Support with the development of cross-cultural strategies, processes, structures and networks
• Development and management of comprehensive, client specific, cross-cultural Diversity & Inclusion projects
• Delivery of intercultural training and facilitation of workshops
